The series follows a group of elite teenage gymnasts training at the top-notch gymnastics facility known as The Rock. While their individual skills rank each of them among the most serious contenders in the United States for the upcoming Olympics, the group is continuously fraught with internal conflict that threatens to distract them from their goal. With the help of their reluctant coach, Sasha Belov, the four must overcome rivalry, betrayal, familial crises, and financial difficulties to advance to nationals.
